The Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is designed for experienced portfolio managers, PMO leaders, executives, and professionals responsible for aligning projects and programs with organizational strategy. Unlike project-level certifications, PfMP focuses on how organizations select, prioritize, govern, and optimize investments across an entire portfolio.
This PfMP certification course is designed to support structured PfMP exam preparation by helping candidates review the major concepts, responsibilities, and decision-making scenarios covered by the certification. The current PfMP examination contains 170 questions with an examination time of 240 minutes, and candidates must also satisfy PMI’s professional experience requirements and successfully complete the Panel Review process before taking the exam.
